+9,000 SF Existing Church with +11,000 SF Addition

This renovation doubled the size of the original structure while retaining the original aesthetic. The project included the two story addition and upgrade of the entire structure to the current code requirements while implementing a new audio visual system throughout.  Done in conjunction with Newport Collaborative Architects. 

ASSISTANT Designer

 27,000 SF warehouse + offices

The new construction of the Louisiana National Guard Field Maintenance Shop houses administrative offices, maintenance space, storage, classrooms and an exercise room. There is also an exterior oil wash down and inspection area.
This project was awarded the SPIRIT & LEED Gold ratings. Done in conjunction with Chenevert Architects.

Jefferson Parish School Board Credit Union and Offices

This new construction houses a credit union on the first floor and administrative offices on the next two floors. The flow of the drive through traffic pulls the building along a secondary axis. Local materials were used throughout. The siting of the building also maximizes views from the offices above. Done in conjunction with Chenevert Architects.
